All families are required to upload their July or August Utility Bill in order to verify your child’s enrollment for the 2020-21 school year. The Google form will walk you through step by step directions on how to do this. Click the link below for Utility Bill Check.

At the end of the Utility Bill form, you will then be directed to a Meet the Teacher form. This form will prompt you to select a method for your child to meet their teacher on *August 19, 2020. You may either select a virtual meeting, through Google Meet or an in-person meeting at the school. Both meetings will be held in small groups with other students. If you select an in-person meeting, please note that you will only be able to bring one adult with the student to the school and you will need to be prepared to wear a mask and potentially go through a series of screening questions, including temperature checks prior to entering the building. In-person “Meet the Teacher” is simply that – an opportunity for students to meet their teacher. Due to COVID19, and following recommendations by the CDC and American Association of Pediatrics and other health professionals, we will not be allowing guests to enter the classrooms. We must keep the classrooms as sanitized as possible and ready for students to start their first day of school the following day, on August 13th.
We understand how important it is for children, and parents, to see their classroom prior to school starting. That is why on the afternoon of *August 18th, you will receive an email from your child’s teacher. This email will contain a video of the teacher introducing themselves as well as providing you and your child with a virtual tour of their classroom. We hope this helps students and families to get a glimpse into the classroom prior to the first day of school.
